The third edition of the Fire Safety Analysis (FSA) Manual, based on the 2008 edition of NFPA 58, is a continuation of the effort to fulfill a need for an easily used and simple aid for the members of propane industry to fulfill their obligations under the NFPA 58 (2001, 2004 and 2008 editions) which require developing a written FSA.
