The Propane Education and Research Council (PERC) is developing a comprehensive database of industry trainers and instructors so that important information can be communicated directly to them. This includes receiving advanced draft copies of the new Certified Employee Training Program (CETP) materials.

The database will also provide state executives and other interested parties with objective information to be used in their selection of trainers.
